sis update

January 1, 2003

Hi All,

I talked to my sister a couple days ago and she says she will be back home on

Jan. 11th. She told me that nada had called her on Xmas day and told her that

her (sis's) youngest son could not stay with her anymore. That he was not

working out and how she was going to put him in a boot camp for boys. Well this

set my sisters release date back 5 days, she was that upset by nada. On the day

that I called her, she had received a hate letter through the mail from nada.

I suggested that she call her lawyer and find out if he can make arrangements

for her boys. The eldest is 18 and since the accident, he came back to Mi. to

stay with my youngest bro. ( that's not going very well) and the younger one has

just turned 16 and is having a hard time living with nada full time.

In the meantime, I receive a call from a friend of mine who has retired from the

sheriffs dept. and she tells me that nada has been caring tales of woe

concerning my nephew, and that he has a court date sometime this month. I'm left

with the thought that nada probably has set this kid up because the novelty has

worn off. (what a wonderful person she is, taking her grandson in and

everything!) yuck, spew!!

Well... today I called my sis to see how things went. She told me that the

lawyer reassured her that nada cannot do anything to her son, because nada

doesn't have custody. The lawyer made arrangements for her sons to have a house

for themselves till she can get home to them. She thanked me for the advice.

(wow!)

My daughter wanted me to invite her to the babyshower and so I did. But I asked

her if she wanted to go through the fallout that will occur. She tells me that

there won't be any, but I know there will be. Because she will be around me,Ya

know? I told her that I wouldn't be offended if she changed her mind, she has

enough going on right now and taking them on may be too much, but she said she

didn't care how the foo felt about it. Time will tell, huh?

So on the 18th I will be picking up the cake, for the babyshower, and my sister.

Should prove to be interesting!!
