Guest guest
Ok, so .... I've been a good little Bandster in the last 6 weeks, gone to the gym about 5/6 times a week, doing aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes with the heart rate up at the right level. I slipped once in this new habit, skipped the gym for 4 days in a row ate cake ... blah, blah, blah. Got back on track - all is okay. I got sick this week - throat infection, and checking my emails tonight has probably been the most exercise I've done since Thursday, Panidene Forte and anti biotics have left me pretty wiped out, let alone the bugs. Climbing two flights of stairs today left me puffed! My problem is, when is it too soon to go back to the gym. And here's the discussion point - they say there's never a good excuse to not exercise, but how do we find the fine line between being slack and not pushing ourselves too hard?!
