OK, gang... here's today's menu:

Meal 1 - Power oatmeal (I finally tried it.... YUM)

Meal 2 - Myoplex Low Carb Chocolate with 1 banana and 1 tsp peanut butter

(post workout)

Meal 3 - 1 large chicken breast roasted, 1 baked potato, 1 small garden

salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Meal 4 - 1 cup cottage cheese mixed with diced apples and cinnamon

Meal 5 - 1 large piece of salmon (broiled), 1 cup Dannon non-fat yogurt, 1

cup green beans

Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese mixed with diced peaches

Anything wrong with this one? I think I'm getting the hang of this... and

yes, I find now that in my previous challenges, my serving sizes were not

quite right and I was eating too many carbs.
