***** Boyd and I went round about this. For me, 'Loving' is a

loaded word (my conditioning and such), and I prefer the more

elusive, hard-to-get-a-picture-of " accepting. " Just personal. I

have no qualms with how someone else wants to express it.

*****No disagreement. The thing is, God/Consciousness apparently

will not let *that* be seen, easily. Whether or not one is drawn to

inquiry (be it The Work, psychotherapy, meditation, prayer ... ) it

is not up to the individual. One might say each apparent entity is

an appendage of God, an extension, doing Its bidding. If its

bidding is NOT to discover freedom, then no manner of talking,

pleading, hoping, praying, Working, meditating, will 'cause' an

awakening or produce a release from the dream. It is not within the

purview of the apparent individual to produce change. All the

individual can do is express it, live it. (I know some dudes in the

meditation racket, some in Advaita circles, who have been 'waiting'

patiently and not-patiently, for 20+ years to 'experience' the end

of the sense of personal doership, the 'dropping away of the

mindbody' sense of separation. And they are still waiting, unable

to recognize that it has ALREADY happened! It is simply their

thoughts about an imagined 'otherworld' which prevents the seeing of

it. And their thoughts are, of course, not theirs.)

And I, yours. And all on this board. We are indeed fortunate to

have each other to play with!
