2 Days Worth of Menus

I was swamped at work yesterday, and didn't get a chance to post my menu...

so, here's 2 days worth of menus:

Yesterday:

Meal 1 - 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese mixed with 1 diced apple and cinnamon

Meal 2 - Myoplex low carb Vanilla Cream shake with 1 cup frozen kiwi and 1/2

cup skim milk (interesting and tasty combination)

Meal 3 - 1 large grilled chicken breast, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 cup

steamed green beans

Meal 4 - Myoplex low carb Cookies and Cream bar, 1 large apple

Meal 5 - 7 egg-white omelet with 1 cup mushrooms and 1 tbsp soy cheese

Meal 6 - 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese mixed with 1 cup blueberries

Today:

Meal 1 - 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese mixed with 1 diced apple and cinnamon

Meal 2 - Myoplex low carb Strawberry shake with 1 cup frozen blueberries and

1/2 cup skim milk

Meal 3 - 2 cans tuna (packed in water) with 1 baked potato

Meal 4 - Turkey sandwich (1 full portion of sliced real turkey breast,

lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices whole-grain bread)

Meal 5 - Myoplex low carb Cookies and Cream bar, 1 pear

Meal 6 - 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese mixed with 1 cup kiwi fruit

WOW! Looks good and mmmmm yummy!! Only have 2 comments: and thats

about missing carbs with the chicken in m3 yesterday (too late, i

know, but still just a thought) and also with the omlette (which

makes me want one! I love mushrooms!). Have a piece of wheat toast or

some oatmeal w/it! mmmmmm

But wow - you are really gettin on track!!
