Guest guest
Hi, I'm Terry and I have just joined this group, so this is my signing-in note. I had the lap DS this past spring out of the country, but I have friends with insurance who are looking into finding the best choices in the states. Also, I am intensely interested in how everyone's continuing health issues are going. I weighed about 290 when I had my DS (down 20 pounds from my highest), and I have lost an average of 8 to 10 pounds a month (I've lost 75 pounds so far, and I need to lose 85 more to be at the goal of 130 that the doctor set, although I'd probably need plastics to hit that number.) Warmest regards, Terry in NC ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Cheap talk? Check out Yahoo! Guest guest
Terry, Dr. Keshishian did both my DS and my abdomenoplasty. I haven't had anything done that insurance wouldn't pay for, by the way. Marta > > Hi Marta, > > Thank you for the welcome. Guest guest
Terry - I'm 3 years 9 months post-op. Had Dr K recommended by someone who weighed exactly what I did. I figured that if she could do it, so could I. And was that ever the truth! I have put on 22 lbs., but then I'm 70 years old, and doc feels that's normal. I'd do it all again in a flash. Dr K also did my hernia removal and panni, then a breat lift and batwing removal. All satisfactory with no outstanding problems. You are so smart to do your research. We are very supportive and willing to answer your questions - so ask away! Bobbe in Paso Robles. 10-19 yrs old=152. Highest=285 & 24/3X. 3/03 DS=268 down to 137.5/12-14. Today=159/14/16. Will settle for 148!
