If I had to see a local doc for my endocrine stuff, I would see Mahoney in Southlake or Gonino in Rowlett. If you do not have adrenal issues, Launius is good, too. I make the trip to Lubbock to see . Have been doing so since 2001. Recommend him most highly, especially for folks who are not getting the help they need elsewhere. Our list is in "Files." You will note that Grebennikov is no longer on it. "Addicted to Armour"? " Addicted???? " That's one of the weirdest doc pontifications yet!

Get thee to a new doc!!

Your symptoms are indicating you need more meds, IMO.

Your Ts (Free, right?) are not even mid-range and your T3 is almost

into the bottom 25% of the range. A lot of folks have to be at least

mid-range, or at the top of the range to feel good. Some have to be

over range. We're all different.

I think folks are currently reporting Dr. Gonnino (sp?) in Rowlett

is doing a good job.

Thanks, Jan. I don't know if I have adrenal issues. I do know that

I have hormone issues and nobody has come close to understanding

them. I also know that I have not be optimized on thyroid meds for

many years. In another lifetime (or so it seems) I was doing well on

synthroid, but got taken off it. I know what it feels like to feel

healthy and energetic, and have not been able to get back to that

ever since the idiot took me off synthroid.

I looked at Gonino's website. Not sure if I'm getting a warm fuzzy

about him, but I saw some positive posts here.

Yes, I did notice that Grebennikov was removed from the doc list. I

would suppose you were getting other reports like mine.

Do you think my lab looks as bad as I do?

Cranio-rectal......priceless! Best laugh I've had this week.

No, the labs weren't the " free " hormones. He used to use the free

tests, and changed his thinking or something. I'm not interested in

wasting my time to find out why.

I mentioned the mid to top range thing to him a while back, and he

told me I was spending too much time on the internet.

I agree. Good for the board to get as much info flowing as possible
