Janell,

There did come a point when Sam " graduated " from physical therapy (I can't

recall his age at the time). I was comfortable with it because by that

point they really weren't doing anything at therapy that we couldn't do at

home. He continued to have adapted phy ed ad at school, and a PT at school

just to consult with teachers about any modifications he might need. It

sounds like your son is doing great. If you're not comfortable with the

decision, it certainly wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion. Also

remember, if he stops therapy and you feel he is not progressing enough, he

can always go back.
