Guest guest Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 Hiya Sounds like you are going well - just dont get to the point where you are pb'ing - that is not fun and is not at all necessary! It can lead to slips etc... So have a nice level of restriction where you can eat, but not too much, still losing weight and getting your variety of foods in.
