I have no idea what the " ALT " result is but the lab put a note next to it stating it could indicate kidney disease!!! Now, I dont want to become a hypocondriac but that is scary! This diarrhea and sudden weight gain is getting ridiculous. I got the labs in my hands, and I am flying to the Gold Coast tomorrow to see my 'normal' doctor, who I trust. In the meantime, here are the abnormal parts of the results (as per lab comments): Parathyroid hormone 11.5 (normal range is 1.3-6.8) Creatinine 36 (normal range 44-80) ALT 102 (Normal range under 31) Vit B6 279 (normal range 35-110) Thiamine DP 282 (normal range 66-200) All the other vitamins etc were normal.
