Guest guest
Thanks so much for sharin this. My issues is that I am gaining some weight because I am not eating much till about late afternoon then I can eat a hell of a lot from late afternoon till night. t is as if I have no restriction after this time but all the restriction from morning till then... If I get the band filled more then I will not be able to eat anything at all during the day and I need to be able to function. So frustrating..... > > Hiya > > I have a similar problem and always have had when I have fill in that is > anything resembling restrictive. > I cannot eat first up, I start to be able to eat and drink at about > 10.30-11 each day. Guest guest
Well what you can eat - just make it good and low fat - its winter now (well Im bluddy freezing all the time) so you can have good stews with lots of vegies from a slow cooker, hearty soups - lots of low/ no fat veggies and fish and meat, fill up on that - in a controlled portion that is about a bandit size, so a couple of cups over a period of time. Also cut out the carbs, no chips, potatoes, pasta or rice. They might fill you up, but I always find I can eat lots of rice or a little bit of veg. So I would rather have the vegetable option over the carbs. And try some low fat dairy if you can tolerate it as a snack.
Guest guest
I went through a stage too where I couldn't eat anything before 11am. I didn't feel hungry plus no matter how slow I went or how runny my porridge i was uncomfortable. I do remember one day I forgot to eat. I was so busy all i had was a bottle of water with with spin class, a skiny latte after, a glass of OJ at hairdresser. Come 4 o'clock I was wondering why I was lightheaded !!!!! These days I am starting to need breakfast again: so atm it's a cup of Nutrigrain with milk. The one thing my doctor said is don't worry: eat when you are hungry don't worry about trying to stick to old ideas but eating.
