When I was in England we went to the NOrth Sea beach adn there was a crazy guy there with a parasail. He was just running on the beach with it. I don't recall seeing him go up in the air. I was just thinking how dangerous the cable was for US since it could probably decapitate innocent passers-by. Being dragged by a sail, not my thing. Flying? I think I would LOVE it!
