Ok I need some words of encouragement. It is week 12. I am

depressed and seem to have put back on about a half inch on my

waist. I started out at 34.5 and now I am at 33.5. To some of you,

that may seem ok, too me it is not. My goal when I started this

thing was to lose 2-3 inches from my waist. I didn't think that

seemed unreasonable over 12 weeks of eating right and working out

nearly every day and sometimes twice a day. Yeah I may be doing

something wrong, I am not sure what it is. It just seems as if the

fat should dissapear simply due to the fact that I went from hardly

any exercise and eating like crap to the BFL way. The last think I

want right now is to be dissapointed w/ my results and to feel

depressed.

I am considering the 24/5 program offered by 24hour fitness. Has

anyone in this group had some experiance w/ this program? Does

anyone think a personal trainer is worth it?
