Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 I think most of us have gone through rebound weight. I know I have gained 10 pounds from my lowest and I hate it. I dont know how much you have gained but it does happen and I dont want you to think youre a failure. After beating myself up over and over again, Im now able to look at myself and really realize how much I have lost. I feel like a success though not all the time because I never reached my goal of 150 pounds. Im about 168 and would have loved to have gotten lower. I wear a 10/12 and would love to be a straight 10 but it is so much better than a 22. I beat myself up all the time and Im sure we all do at some point. Our weight will always be a big issue to us as formerly obese people. Ya know what I would love to see? Hopefully you guys will work with me on this and join in.............Lets all put our starting and ending stats and any rebound weight. This is so helpful to me and others who really need to know they arent alone. That we are human.
