Guest guest
Hello Heidi, We have two insurances United Health Care and Humana. United Health Care is the primary they will not cover the phone cons. however Humana as the secondary covers it 100 percent. They have never even questioned it . We have been lucky between the two we have had many things covered. Speech and OT also some ABA and all medical. The policies did change this year of course not to our advantage but we managed to survive. I never like the beginning of the year and starting all over again . Oh Well... We do pay a large fee to be on Humana ...since my husband works for himself and we have a family of six ...so I'm glad they cover since the fees per month in some areas could be a house payment. Not sure this helps ....Candi
Guest guest
Definitely ask your insurance to cover it. BCBS covered the first two we did while we were appealing it but then denied the rest. We switched to Aetna recently and they've covered them at 80% without question even though Dr. G is not considered a preferred provider with Aetna but was with BCBS, weird.
