The approval / date setting length of time

Hi Everyone,

I looked at many of the past posts and I couldn't find this

information. If all goes well and I am accepted by Dr. K and my

insurance approves my surgery, how long does the process take? Is there

anything I can do to help it along? I already started reading the

patient information on their website.
