Guest guest Posted March 12, 2002 Report Share Posted March 12, 2002 Well, I re-took my week 8 pictures, this time in the a.m. Much better, not so " bloated " looking. All my pics have been taken first thing in the morning, and the lesson here is definitely take all your pics at the same time of day, as some here recommended. I think there is an improvement from week 4, but it is *very* subtle. I'm open to any comments, good or bad. It's hard to believe, frankly, that my caliper measurements (body fat down from 26.5% to 18.9% in 8 wks) and tape measurements (1 1/2 " lost on abdomen & hips, 1 " lost on thighs-- just since week 4) are for real, given the photos. I definitely feel like my clothes are fitting better, though. My 36 " pants, which were a bit tight are now comfortable, and I can squeeze into the 34s (although not ready to actually wear those in public yet!). I'm pretty stoked about the last four weeks.
