I was Injured at my Job on Sept 9 1999 over 3 years ago. I been off work

ever since. I taught Adults who have Autism/Mental Retardation taught

them how to do mailing, Cleaning, etc. Anyway A 40 year old Man with

Autism Ran into my Back with his head. he Charged after me. well That

Blew out my L-5 S-1 Disc. Had sever left leg nerve pain. they Advoided

Surgery giving me Steriod injections total of 8. after 2 years they

Elected surgery. Worker comp. sent me to 3 Differnt Doctors which All 3

of them said I need Surgery. so Worker comp slow Agreed. so on April 4

2000 I had a L-5 S-1 Anterior Lumbar fusion. well It helped but I was

still In massive pain. My Nerve pain which Doctor advoided was worse. So

this past Aug I had a Spinal Cord Stimulator put in. It helps take that

Burning stabing pain into a Dull Irrating pain. Well It been over 3

years now. I need a Idea of a Settlement. what does most Back pain

suffers settle for under Workers comp. general Idea? 20 thousand 100

thousad what? I cant ever work Again I have to have sever Restrictions.

No lifting at all no bending at all. I can Sit but must be able to get

up at my own Decision. Here my Biggest problem Group. I was born with 3

missing fingers. Anyway I wont settle my W/C case unless I get over 150

thousand dolors and My Medical Insurance are covered under this Injury

till I die. I have a Wife and 2 young boys. I am the main Provider.

Welll that it. Mike-Delaware
