From reading your emails over the past few weeks I can only hope that I am never admitted to a hospital in the US. I simply, for the life of me, don't understand how doctors can treat people the way some of you have been treated. Which is not to say that this hasn't been done here too - I went through 3 doctors in a small city before I found a GP who understands chronic pain and will " deal " with me. Has any one thought of going to a reputable newspaper, have them do a story on how you are being treated? Have them follow you into the doc's office or hospital and see for themselves, not letting them know its a reporter of course? Seems to me that once something hits the newspapers then something gets done. Atleast, in Canada it seems that way. It scares me to death when I read emails like Daisy's knowing that it can happen to me. My husband and I are inCalifornia searching for your beautiful Sequoia trees in King's Canyon so I haven't been able to read all the recent emails, but I'll keep in touch.
