Guest guest
Oh dear, surgery often triggers a worsening in folks like us, for whatever reason. The problem is in trying to keep up with your old life. I know it is very hard to face, but your chances of improving are much lower if you do not slow down now and take the rest you need. I am being blunt because that’s just the way it is. It’s the most basic, effective treatment, especially as you have only been ill 3 years. It’s difficult if you are self employed with no backup. Any way you could hire someone part time? Do you have good/any medical support, either mainstream or alternative? It makes a BIG difference to have someone who has a clue on your side, as rare as that is. Good Luck and I hope that you feel stronger soon.
