Guest guest
OK, I've made myself crazy with it, as only I can. Too much research, no conclusions. What Brand? Plain or with additives? FOS? (Supposed to be food for the little buggers) Refridgerated? Or not? One resource said not to buy it if it requires refridgeration. Enteric? Another source says they won't survive digestion... You see...? http://www.jigsawhealth.com/document_manager/ConsumerReports_Probiotics.pdf Suggestions, please?? Carol >> > Well, let's try this 'can of worms'. I think I have a yeast problem. Guest guest
I have found emptying an acidophilus capsule into some water in a douche bag much more soothing. I have tried both at a physician's recommendation. If you guys are talking about 'yeast infections' as dealt with so ineffectually in the gynecologist's office, the solution is 1 close of garlic, peeled and punctured a few times with a fork and inserted up against the cervix. It will come out on it's own. Just replace it when it does. It works beautifully in a few days. Teri I am starting to get an allergic reaction just reading the ingredients. I would be very nervous about taking this stuff myself. Yeasts and grains are major allergens, and I don't trust herbs to be non-goiterogenic. . . . . Why don't you ask the doc what he recommends?carol77096 <cmcgreer1@... > wrote: Well, let's try this 'can of worms'. I think I have a yeast problem. Guest guest
I'm with Jan on this one! Too many ingredients. If you have a reaction, which one are you reacting too?
