hey all

as some of you know my allergies have been NUTS. Changing as

frequently as once a day, and while I have had a friend test me via

kinseology (testing my arm for strength) naturally she can't do it

as often as needed. My instinct works sometime, but as I learned

from a recent allergy test, I am also allergic to pretty well -

nature lol so when I swell up, it's hard to tell - is it the food or

an environmental factor?

as some of you know, I thought I found the answer to my prayers. i

found this guy that does kinseology and only 8 blocks from my

apartment. he was no answer. first of all the doctor i saw wasn't

even the kinseology, and he ended up doing the western version of

allergy testing which he said wouldn't give me anymore of a reaction

then getting itchy (at worst) but really knocked me on my but with

some nasty reactions last night.

(but he did confirm the nature allergies)

I was feeling really really depressed and hopeless when I looked on

the web to see if I could get a kinseology kit. there must be some

way to test the foods on my own. i am not the only person out there

with insane allergies

and that's when I came upon this

http://www.tapintoheaven.com/2Articles/nab0402.shtml

I am sharing b/c so far it's holding up as a reliable way to test

things without being exposed and risking a reaction, and a way to do

it BY YOURSELF

what do you guys think ? -michele
