Guest guest
What is that? PCOS Does anyone know if the doctors on our list also treat PCOS? The person I'm asking for would probably want bioidentical hormones. Kim Hanson

Guest guest
Dr Manzanero in Austin, treats Metabolic Syndrome. If you called his office, they could tell you if he would be able to treat the PCOS. He has the nicest staff that I have ever dealt with anywhere. :0)He also prescribes bio identical hormones. Guest guest
Morning Stephie, I haven't been diagnosed with it, but I have been having problems due to Uterine Prolapse. My OB/GYN just told me Monday that my rectum and my bladder are also peeking thru, more so than my uterus. I'm 44, WAY done with having babies (mine are age 16 - 20) so I'm all for vaginal retrieval of my uterus, but have to have an Ultrasound Monday, then back to ob/gyn NEXT Monday to determine what to do next. All along (I've known for almost a year about the Uter Prolapse) I just figured, yank that puppy out and let me get on with things here - it NEVER occurred to me that there might be more issues than just that......suddenly, I'm a little nervous..................but I still just want to be pain free and a normal sex life again. (I bleed EVERYTIME with penetration - talk about a mood killer!!!!) LOL See you soon, hope you are all well! STL Jane
Guest guest
OH believe me, there's not much action around here either - LMAO! With breakthrough bleeding on penetration? NO..............that kills the mood INSTANTLY for him!! LMAO...............at this point, I just want to get it over with, I'm a little nervous of what recuperating from surgery might be like, but hey, it's like a vaginal delivery really..........no scalpel................I just want it OUT.........one less thing to deal with, ya know? .LOL! I had to have a pelvic ultrasound on Monday, to make sure it was only the uterine prolapse causing the problem , and called today for results (which I had to leave a Voice mail) .........of course, I run ONE errand today, and THAT is when the nurse calls back with results to my daughter, who of course, they won't GIVE her the results, so...........try again tomorrow. I won't worry too much, if there is something else going on, just deal with it, right? What are my choices? - lol Tc and I'll let you know - great hearing from you, as always! No partner, so no sex (sigh) for me, but when I did see a doc with a partner several years ago, he just said it wasn't bad enough to do surgery.
