Added my endos to the list and question re: saliva testing

Well, I added my doctors to the list...unfortunately they have all

earned a hearty " Hell no! " in the recommendation column. Sorry

folks.

I see that a lot of people use Canary Club for adrenal testing. This

may be a silly question, but how accurate are the results if you just

mail them spit in a tube? I mean, Texas is hot, y'all know that!

Does the heat and travel time break down the samples and maybe create

inaccurate results? Just askin'. I have never had any adrenal

testing and score a whopping 21 out of 23 answers " positive " in the

online screening quizzes, so I'm thinking it might be time! Also,

have found out thanks to you guys that my ferritin is low and that my

adrenals might need some lovin'.
