Do the washable ones go on like a fitted sheet... I ate the old fashioned ones that are tied onto the matress.

Yes Mel they do. I love mine. In winter I warm up the bed and then

turn it off.

I wore a jacket in Tassie which I had bought in the UK in 2005. These days I have to roll the sleeves up and I can easily fit a jumper underneath - just when I am feeling crap about regaining some of my weight, I have to remember that I HAVE been bigger! :)

Ohhh You will love it!

Nothing nicer than getting in to a nice warm bed!

I'm surprised you have lasted this long.

I too am preparing for winter. I need a new coat, as my last one was a cheap but cheerful pink, size 26, target special. Last year the office spent the first hour of the day laughing at me in my "Dressing Gown" that wrapped around me one and half times. I really need a new coat/Jacket then.

I have decided that I don't want to look like second hand rose this year and that I need to get some new clothes.....

I have an image in my head it may look like cr*p but I want to try..

I would like a nice pair of straight legged caramel or brown or beige jeans Some high heel boots. I nice jumper (one that's not too big) that matches and a nice jacket.

We'll see how close I get, knowing me I will end up in jeans, faded old Colorado's and black jumper that is about 2 sizes to big. LOL

This year I am going to buy my first electric blanket since I was single... with Craig gone, I will definately be cold. So, there is no other option... I will have to buy one sooner rather than later.
