Well I have to say I don't think I am going to make my goal of 12%

bodyfat by the end of week 12. There have been 3 or 4 minor slip ups

w/ social outings where authorized foods just were not available and

sometimes I just had to do Cardio at night.

I have to say if there is one phrase that continues to pay off for me

is that this is " Body for Life " not " Body for 12 weeks " . So yeah I

am pleased w/ the program and enjoy very much reading and sharing

information with all of you.

I will post my pictures as promised and look forward to C2 for

continuing to strive towards my goals.

Wish me luck with my remaining 2 weeks as I wish all of you the very

best!
