Guest guest
MelIf you do have a little sniffle, it can make the band tighter - dont ask how... but I am usually blocked to the max and then find that sucking icy poles is my best option. Even buying some of those hydralite (sp?) icy poles is great to get me thru that couple of days and make sure I dont dehydrate then I am back on top again! Stick with the PT - if you could see how awesome my sister is looking after 6 weeks with hers, you would change your mind completely! As for the roast - pop it in the blender and drink it ny, drink it.

Guest guest
Hi Mel Where did you find Mona Vie? Shell Monday... Well, its Monday again! I hope that all are well and happy. I am weary, not sure why but might give myself a dose of vitamins. I am on a new tonic called Mona Vie. It is equal to having all your fruit and vege's in one shot per day. is on it, Liam is on it and I am on it. I have been told to up my dose to two per day... so will hopefully start to feel a bit more lively in a day or two. Will keep you posted on how it goes.
