Hi Leeanne - I add that is fantastic news that you are sharing!!

Can I just ask how tall you are as 65 kilos is something I dont think I could ever do!

I am just under half mine now... but I was 150 to start with. I have been this same weight for ages. I just told my husband about your success and he said to me .. don't lose anymore.. !! He is not me.

Congrats again and look forward to meeting you sometime.

Thank you so much Ali

Ohhh I'm a shorty Hun only 5'2"

So when I was 130kg I was a wee bit big

I'm still very cuddly and know I wont ever be tiny

I still have a waist measurement of 90cms so as you can see

I'm no skinny Minnie

My friend is also saying no more....n I don't know

I like having curves so maybe will try for just another couple of kilo's

I'm still a 26 BMI....but in saying that I kinda think when we have suffered obesity all our lives

Maybe that's ok

I do find I'm very critical of myself now yet I wasn't before....which I think is odd

But its all good

Hugs Leeanne

Its something that keeps me awake too Leeanne, when I have a blockage that would need a plumber to fix I find the thought of it causing a slip or other problem more stressful than the actual block itself (unless its salmon or grape skin). We do often become set in our ways... only person that can change that is you, if you want to.

I agree Hun

I was just thinking of some of the food I used to eat and the amounts

It makes me shudder I couldn't bear to go back to that....sigh...it truly haunts me sometimes

I never ever thought I would lose so much weight but now that I have I love it and never want to

Go back...... And the thought of a slip or something...**shudder**
