Guest guest
Courage Thanks so much for noticing the pic of Mum and Jordan. This room, and you can see from the pic where I'mm sitting, does get wonderful natural light. The only unfortunate thing is it's facing west, so in the afternoon and early evening it gets hot in here, especially at this time of year. :-) By looking out the window at the trees and greenery it is hard to imagine that we are in the city, but that's how it is in Wanganui, and indeed in most of this country, lots of trees and greenery. Just wish every member in this group could come and have a look at our country. I was sorry to read of the passing of your uncle. Your Mom not being told reminds me of the passing of a cousin's wife from cancer a month or two ago. We were not told either, I only found out in passing. I do understand how you feel about not being told, but, in my case, my cousin's family had a lot to deal with, and it can be difficult knowing who to tell and who to get to tell others. I well remember doing that when my father died. Wishing you all the best for the new year and hope it finds you in good health and brings you happiness.
