Ginger,

I just tried the ADEK'S tropical fruit, and to be honest

I didn't care for it as much as the ones from Cosco,

those to me have the flavor of vitamin C and I like chewing

C's, so If I had the money , no I wouldn't buy them.

Jo chewed one of the iron, I still have mine,so maybe she

will chime in here and tell what she thought of them.

Okie Dokie Pat asked me to chime in.

I agree with Pat, I prefer the taste and texture of ADEKs over the

Bariatric Advantage multi plus A,D,E & K in tropical flavor. ADEK's

contains higher amounts of AD & K, Bari-Advan contains a higher amount of

E. Both are good products, it really depends on Taste preference.

I did sample their Passion Fruit Flavored Chewable Iron. It contains

29 mg Iron (ferrous Fumarate & ferronyl) with 60 mg Vitamin C to aid in

iron absorbtion. I felt the taste was pretty yummy and didn't really

taste the iron. HOWEVER...a couple hours later I was belching the Iron

taste.

Currenty, for Iron I'm taking Vitron-C. 200mg ferrous fumarate Iron

with 125mg vitamin C. Its a pill you swallow, no taste, and 'I' don't

have Iron belch with it. Plus I'm getting a lot more bang for my buck

with iron content.
