Guest guest
Dear Mona, Thank you so much for posting these everyday. Wonderful! Yes, i so see how the people in my life are opportunities for me to know myself. And every so often i have the good fortune of seeing that even the people that bug the hell out of me and whom i judge the most harshly are here to teach me about who i am. There's a great quote somewhere by someone about how my greatest teachers are my enemies not my friends. katie says something like that too. When i see the people i have difficulty with as parts of me it opens up a little softness in me toward them and myself. I have one teacher i find to be so rigid and uptight -- she is in my life not to teach me what she is lecturing about but to teach me about loving myself rigidity and all... Maybe my " softening " is the " heart overflowing with love and gratitude " and then somehow i don't feel as rigid. Speaking of overflowing hearts, where is that Elena-me? I send her love from my rigid-soft little and big heart Love, Heidi > #17 Awareness of You > > Recognize that the one in front of you is you.
