I have had three computer guys in three years. The first one had a nervous breakdown and no it was not my faultThe second one was doing it as a second job and decided he would rather see his children The third disapperead after many yrs in business- I use them, and, poof -- they leave town ,with $128.00 of my money when my printer did not work I called HP and of course I had to talk to Bombay about the cartridges that were stuck in there The advice from Bombay was Pull, Pull ! I could not pull those cartridges out and took the whole thing back to staples 60miles away. DOn't start with me about taking things places, BAllester.:)I was at my office last saturday night for some reason and at 10:10 pm on the way home I could not get a milk shake becasue the town was closed. The hardware stores closes at noon tomorrow. etc. Back-up and take it to service. What brand?-- Pedro Ballester, M.D.Warren, OH -- If you are a patient please allow up to 4-8 hours for a reply by email/please note the new email address/e mail may not be entirely secure/ MD ph fax
