Guest guest
Juls, I didn't realize that we were so close to the same weight at the start of our respective journeys. I was 382 when I had the DS I'm down 164 pounds and am at 218 now. _____ From: DS_Friends_Keshishian [mailto:DS_Friends_Keshishian ] On Behalf Of SassyNpink@... I was 433 at the time of My VBG at 17 yo so I have actually lost 213 total and kept off. Now if we're counting lost total(including regained) I have probably hit the century club 10 times over.....LOL. I'm betting I'm not the only one! Guest guest
Hi Kristy! Miss you, too! And by the way, will you please try to NOT move any further away? I mean, what have you got left, Antarctica? And I'm not flying there someday! And talk about inspiration. Could you be any cuter? I wanna be like you when I grow up! Huggles, P.S. Can you guess that today is a little slower at work... I should be filling out my " Self-Evaluation Form " , but I HATE trying to rate myself on a scale of 1 to 5. (They'll take my score and the score my supervisor gives me, average it out, and use that to decide what percentage of a raise I get this year.) So I'm seriously considering giving myself a 5 in everything (even though it says " Ratings of 5 are considered rare and extremely exceptional. " ) And in the required comments, writing " tell me I'm not! " But I'm afraid that may give me a bunch of " 1's " on my supervisor's form, what do you think? > > > > > > Hey, how many of " y'all " have lost 200 or more pounds??? > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
, I hate it when people tell me to write my own reference and they will sign it. I try to be honest, but I usually end up writing lower scores than they would have, I think. Marta So I'm seriously considering > giving myself a 5 in everything (even though it says " Ratings of 5 > are considered rare and extremely exceptional.
