young mother needs help and prayers in car accident badly hurt needs prayers and

I am asking for prayers for a very dear friend named . She has

been in a very bad car accident recently and just got out of the

hospital . She is a mother of three children and is having a very

rough time. Not only is she unable to walk, has a broken nose and

fractured face and hurt back she is going to have to have more

surgeries in the very near future and therapy. Her husband physically

and emotionally abused her and the children and he was just let out

of jail . He has threatened to take the kids and kill her. I am

trying to find help for her if anyone is willing to donate anything

(used items are welcomed) it would be appreciated.Her and the kids

are truly starting over. Her husband literally threw or broke almost

all of her and the kids belongings. She needs any help she can get

with groceries or food cards to walmart (if you would like you can do

it online at http://walmart.com and send it to her address which I

can give you) or kroger ,dog and cat food , clothing,and most of

all rent because she is about to lose her home, electricity and heat

and her much needed medications. If anyone can help her please email

me and I will give you her contact info. If you cant please keep this

family in your prayers and maybe see if your church could possible

Dear Sister SaraMarie,

If she has been physically battered by her husband, your friend probably

qualifies for assistance if your town has a battered women's shelter. They may

be able to respond much more quickly than us to her material needs. Has she

looked into that option?

Hi Sara marie,

I see that you project that your friend needs help. Is that

true?

Perhaps she is in the perfect position for her to grow spiritually,

and you want to change it. I know that what I have said is very

diificult to hear. Ask a million people and they would all say that

needs help, but that still doesn't make it true.

Perhaps you are the one with the " problem " and is just fine.

Maybe all this is just a " thinking problem " and has nothing to do

with prayer or money or sick bodies.

This is the forum for the Work. I have no objection to your posting

any type of request, but if you are not prepared to examine your

requests in light of the Work then your posts do not belong here.

Just one more concluding thought, even if gets rid of her

husband and heals her body, if she has not healed her mind then she

will be just as miserable wherever she is. On the other hand if she

heals her thinking it won't matter if she is sick or poor, she will

always be happy.
