Guest guest
Hi Bobbe, It is a brand name....of vitamins...they are " dry based " and more absorbable...and yeah my labs are finally good after 3.5 yrs ! see here: this is their ADEK http://bariatricadvantage.com/products_BA1012.htm this is their calcium citrate http://bariatricadvantage.com/products_BA1008.htm I sort of got chewed out back a few months ago by Dr Warden's NP and she said that the patients who are on them have better labs long term, than the patients who refuse to try to them. My labs were so bad on all Sam's Club stuff and other stuff I finally gave in and decided to give them a try. I take fewer pills a day, they are chewable and taste is not bad. You can email them and tell them your a DS patient and that you would like to try some samples before ordering and they will send you a gob of flavors to try. I knew my labs had to get better before going back to Brazil for plastics with Dr Kuster so it is win win situation for me.
