Workmen`s comp got the IME doctor to say i have fully recovered. Oh what a

lie i have pain all over and no reflexes my legs did not move when i was

taped with the rubber mallet. My wife saw the whole thing what went on in the

exam room. Two day after i saw the IME doctor i had a massage and was told my

back is stiff as a board. Also in the notice I supposedly have RSD. I had

test done to say i have abnormalities and i have RSD. W/C never had any test

to say i have RSD My neuroglist ordered the test done on me to say that

because of the abnormalities i have RSD. The IME doctor never looked at any

of the medical papers we gave her and problems i have. This stinks W/C does

not what to pay and do not care about me just money. Rotten trick just money

sick world. My wife and i are upset and i hurt more because i am worrying.

I am in the same situation you. I think the only difference is; my old

employer is also my comp carrier. Because I do not presently live in the

state that I started my workers compensation claim, has complicated things

a great deal. There are still ways of seeking assistance and I'm trying.

There should be a law against what some doctors do to people on behalf of

insurance company's.

Good luck
