Guest guest
I do a lot of swimming and it helps a ton with aches and pains and is generally the only time I'm pain free. Well, being down in Hollywood FL we have a nice long swim season and the pool at my apt is right outside the door. Seems to me that the pool needs to be at least 83 degrees to be comfortable for me. We have this silly fish that has a clock and thermometer for pools inside and you put it into the water and you can tell within seconds the temperature. The pool is getting a bit cooler the past week, going from 86 to 83 today within the past week. But I did notice recently that at the beginning of the swim, the water is always cooler than the end of the swim. It's a medium size apartment pool and Al jokes that since I'm always so hot (with my fevers) and voluptuous (read: big), I warm up the pool. And actually, the pool always warms up about 1.2 degrees in the 45 minutes when we're swimming, just the two of us. Just thought I'd share that as I found it fascinating. Later guys. cArole
