The only meds that my Dad is on is his high blood pressure medicine

that was changed about 90 days ago, so I doubt that it is the meds.

I know he has had physical therapy, medicare pays for so much each

quarter, and apparently the therapist was somewhat gun-ho, but I

can't see that that would cause this change. I know how terribly sad

it is when the parent doesn't know your name, my daily prayer has

been for my Dad's safe passage, and to just once before he died to

know my name. So you can imagine my elation when he called me by

name. When I suprised him on his 90th birthday (he's in an AL in

Florida and I'm in Denver, and I thank this group for encouraging me

to go) and walked in the door (complete with a bow on my head) going

suprise Daddy, happy birthday, he didn't know my name. So, I will

enjoy these moments, I know that they may not last.
