Guest guest
I say IN YOUR FACE to the doc after you proved that eating 800 calories did not help you lose weight. I am in the same boat. I really dont eat alot and need to lose 100 lbs. People seem to think that I must lay in bed eating pint after pint of ice cream......I cut corners every day. With depression as bad as mine has been it makes it even harder to resist comfort foods. > Hi Sam, > > I did the under 800 cal diet as well, so you can do it! It was under > a doctor's supervision. It's interesting. > > I hope things work out for you with being on the under 800 cal diet. I > would make sure you don't exercise too much with that low of > calories.
