YCK from Packaged Coconut Water

I tried making some yck from " One " pkgd 100% young coconut water, but

after about 4 days it still seemed too sweet. Then I came across a

statement on the BEDROCK site that said if one uses pkgd water it

will " never seem done " but to use that to make another batch & that

will work out.

Did I get this correctly? How much of the present batch should I use to

make a new batch?
