Guest guest
Hi Eileen, I heard that people with CFS have had good results with Immunocal and it's very expensive - look it up on any search engine. It also qualifies for medical reimbursement. Another good supplement is Olive Leaf Extract. You can also make your own Colloidal Silver for pennies a day. Guest guest
Dr. G recently suggested Theragram-M for my son but he didn't tolerate it well. He said that many of his patients do well on it though. Curt has always reacted poorly to many of the fillers they use in supplements or the source of many of the vitamins. But he used to do very well with Twinlab's Allergy Multi-Caps so I plan to retry that soon. The levels are a little bit higher than Dr. G recommends but I plan to divide the caps into empty capsules to make the levels similar to that in Theragram-M. Guest guest
Just curious... What kind of negative effects do you see when a vitamin is not agreeable? We use One a Day for Men for both boys, and we use a time release iron supplement made by Walgreens. So far, I think they are ok for both boys. Guest guest
You may think Im nuts but I have considered asking Friendly Hills if they could compound a vitamin for us. Wouldnt that be great....no colors or fillers, with just the right amount of " stuff " in it? > Hello all; > > We finally found an iron supplement (Twin Labs) that agrees with our son . Guest guest
Wow, that's a good idea. Let me know if they can do it for you. I would imagine that it is quite a bit of labor, tho. Guest guest
Barb abd Abdrea, I went through same process of find right vitamine, I quit two brand because of negative effect such as stomach ache. One day I was in vitamine section in Sams and notice the Flingstone vitamine has a word " New " on it. So I read the label and realize the can not be better fit for , so has been back to the Flingstone Vitamine ever since with no problem. The new flingstone vitamine has all the vitamine we are looking for, the older one was not the case. Guest guest
I forget to tell you that it even has 100% of iron. I give it to my son before bed. He hate to chew it, so he just swallow it. You may be able to save the money and trouble for some other med. > > > Hello all; > > > > > > We finally found an iron supplement (Twin Labs) > > that agrees with > > our son . Guest guest
, I think that's a fabulous idea!! I have to yet to find a multi that Dr. G. and I are both happy with. I'm not looking for much- just something with no aspartame, artificial colors, covers all vits. and minerals, plus what Dr. G. wants in not exceeding RDA, etc. Please let me know if you make any headway!! thanks, Becky Re: Multi vitamin > You may think Im nuts but I have considered asking Friendly Hills if > they could compound a vitamin for us.
