Guest guest
I’m just wondering how much our Adrenal Glands come into play with this illness. I’m thinking the Adrenal Glands are 1 part of the whole immune system yes, so things that support the Adrenal Glands is good for us? I’ve read a bit about the AG and certain things are noted, such as the AG working best between 11pm-1am and 7am-9am so it’s best to be in bed for around 10pm latest and try to sleep in until 9am. I’m wondering if people have Adrenal Fatigue, this would make it harder for the body to cope with this illness i.e Cortisol. So this would be why Pred works, as it gives the body more Cortisol. I don’t fully understand it yet, but things seem to be clicking into place like a jigsaw. If you eat things that are good for the Adrenal Glands, maybe it helps with the pain. The AG plays a big role in controlling inflammation and pain. Any thoughts? -- No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
