Please wish me good luck as tomorrow I get my teeth removed /cleaned /repaired and false teeth put in. I am scared and yet I should not be I will get to smile for the first time in years and years hope to be able to eat again also. just worried it will put me into a flair big time as I have not been doing good of late any way with stress of not only this but just making ends meet right now . trying to sell my motorcycle to help out and to pull us threw tell august but so far only scammers are responding ( posted on the internet) and only one buy from local but he would only offer 1/2 of what I am asking. I do hate to sell it as it was my cheap transportation but things have to be done as we all know that's part of life with stills for the most of us giving up things or selling things to make ends meet. any hoot like I said stressing out big time right now and yes I know there is no real reason to be but I am as this is the hardest spot I have ever been in my life right now so say a prayer for us if so inclined and wish us and me the best in getting the things done we need to and for the right person to come along and want my baby (the bike and my freedom of riding) Hugs all Marty the redneck

Guest guest
Hi Marty: I'm hoping you're doing well. Extractions are never fun but in the long run you will feel better. Important stuff to remember (since I've done this so many times all ready): Take ibuprofen as soon as you get home. You're best bet to relieve inflamation and discomfort is to head it off before it gets out of hand. Also, don't forget to drink water. Cold water will keep the inflamation down and maybe start to flush out any problem that might arise. You're probably going to chuckle at this one but a used tea bag on the site where the teeth were pulled actually helps a little with inflamation as well and draws out any infection if there is some. Other than that get some rest. Can't help but give advise, it's the Mom in me. Now if you'll excuse me I have a sick teenager to deal with. He hurt his neck so his head is cocked to one side. I took him to the chiropractor this morning and we're going back this afternoon for a little more adjusting. I've now explained to the kid that the pain he's feeling is what I deal with daily so he trusts that I know how to care for him. You know teenagers, they question everything and everyone (LOL). Take care and be well. Ellen
