Guest guest
Pat I am very similar to you. By three I feel off! I am still ( no pun ) not sure what causes a flare. I mean sometimes it is obviously stress and others no reason. Have a nice day! It is grey and a bit chilly here. I have so much to do. My computer is back up now, what a time to have it go off. I usually do a lot of Holiday shopping there. Not this year. Liz
Guest guest
Dear Liz, I am doing pretty well these days. I had a stomach virus last week - which threw me into a mild flare. I feel as if my body walks a tight-rope - anything can throw me off. I read about the others that had flares after eating bad food - I wonder if it was the food... or their bodies being stressed from fighting yet another assult? I have learned, that when the flares start, I have to shut down. Some days I spend the majority of time in bed... Rest seems to help me as much as my meds - It all works together. Still, I feel like I'm one of the lucky ones - That I can do quite a bit - as long as I try to schedule events.... Usually mornings are best for me - I'm frazzled by 3:00 PM. Merry Christmas!
