Guest guest
Hi. I am new to this group. I began giving my son injections of MB12 in July but found that the compounding pharmacist did not make them at the correct dose. They were less than 1/2 strength. I just started giving my son the correct dose at 25 mg/ml. We have not had shot #5 and his sleep pattern is very screwed up. He was sleeping through the night since we started on the gf/cf diet. Now, he will go to bed late and more often than not, be up between 1 and 4 AM, raring to go. Then he will go back to bed until around 7 or 8. He has been late to school almost every day for 2 weeks. He is 5 1/2 years old. We also began a course of Diflucan to prepare for Valtrex. He had some bad die-off and I thought the sleep disturbance was from the Diflucan. However, I read somewhere on Dr. Neubrander's site about the sleep disturbance. Our DAN! doctor is Dr. Bock and we do not live in NY near his office. I have left 4 messages with his staff about this and no one has gotten back to me. This is a very long way of asking you if MB12 can cause sleep pattern disruption for a while (hoping short-term?), and also can it cause increased sensitivity to light and sounds? My son covers his ears at the sound of the microwave and my cell phone and can barely walk outside from the house without being blinded. This had never happened before to him, so you can imagine how odd it is me and his father. He has taken to flushing toilets in the house and then covering his ears! Please tell me this could be from the shots! Or, the Diflucan. I am at a loss and sick of playing Super Sleuth. Thanks for any help you can give!!
