Guest guest
Harry, Do you have the little Kineret bag cooler that is provided with the starter kit? It is very handy and holds a week's worth of injections. I really use mine for traveling, thought I have never taken it through security. I would think it would be easier if it is in a special cooler with the name emblazoned on the outside? Good Luck Branson, MO Harry S wrote: Any suggestions on traveling on a jet with Kineret. Guest guest
Hi Harry, i have brought mine several times on the airplane. my doc has even written me a note with security measures now a days, but usually i put them in a small, soft lunch cooler with an ice pack. i haven't had a problem yet. for peace of mind, get a note from your doc explaining why you have an ice pack, because i think they have changed the rules about the gell packs because it's considered a liquid. i hope this helps harry. have a good trip. hopefully it's for vacation. sincerely, sue #2 Harry S wrote: Any suggestions on traveling on a jet with Kineret. Guest guest
Harry, I have a cooler that i take with me. I put in gel packs that the medication comes in (i order mine through the mail). Nowadays i'm not sure about the gel packs, but you can always put a bag of peas in there or something. Houston
