I know that a lot of our kids have Eczema and this completely cleared 's up in 3 days during an outbreak... I stumbled upon it by accident since I was out of his special soap... I used 1% cortisone ointment (from the grocery store) to treat the bad areas and, gave him a bubble bath in plain old 's Baby Shampoo, Epsom Salt (the entire large container) then applied Eucerine lotion... Since then, we have been doing 's Baby Shampoo baths and Eucerine lotion every night and his skin is smooth, soft and he is not itching at all (he used to feel like an alligator especially along his back and ribs)... This is so much better than using the special hypoallergenic soap ($20 per 8 oz) and our $13 dollar a bottle jojoba oil.
