Guest guest
Thank you for the advice! Yes I have been studying methods of relief for a couple of years. While I have heard many people say " oh yes, it's so easily reversable " ,or " a simple change in diet and excercise can reverse the situation " , I have yet to hear this from someone who actually suffers from the disease themselves. Surely, I have found it is possible to reduce the pain naturally. But I have yet to find a way to reverse the damage from the disease. What I find is that people who don't have RA usually confuse the symptoms and treatment with osteo arthritis. My RA, as the doctor has told me, is a side effect of another disease. My immune system is too healthy and produces too much white blood cells which in turn start eating where they are not wanted or needed. That is why I ask about it in the groups. Any info from a professional is appreciated. Whether it be a cure, or constructive criticism. Thanks! > Hi , > > I've noticed the same thing. So many options.
