Just to clarify... I didn't mean that Charcoal would take the place of enyzmes and probitotics....it simply is an adjunct

to mop up toxins from digestive debris and OTHER dieoff.. Or excess phenols..etc...

We like Source Naturals = "Essential Enzymes"..

but there are many good ones...

We find that LSYINE is VERY helpful for ADSORPTION

issues...and if I use that first..with meals..

then we often DON"T need enzymes per muscle testing.

Thanks! This is very good to know. We are due to get some food intolerance testing done soon and enzymes confuse the crap out of me, so I will ask the dr for guidance next week. I never know which one to get.
