I think anything that gives you a break and your mother some

stimulation is phenomenal. I'm so glad you've opted to investigate

alternatives for your mother.

The day care program sounds great. I love that she can go as little

or as much as she wants. That's great - if she's having a good day

she can venture out and if she's having a not-so-good one she can

choose to stay home. I think that's best with the uncertainty of

LBD. My dad is in a program but he must go on Monday, Wednesdays or

Fridays. He is charged 25.00 every time he doesn't go. He enjoys

the program but on some days he's not always feeling up to it. (Even

two weeks ago when he was admitted to the hospital for two days he

was charged by the day care.) I'm glad you've found a much more

accomodating place for your mom.
